How we got here
We started working together in Isagenix in 2003, building lead and team systems and discovering how much fun we could have turning ideas into something useful. In September 2010, we launched Real Savvy Success, a training company for women building businesses in direct sales. We created tools and training that worked with their strengths and fit into the pockets of their very full lives.
In 2014, our work took us in different directions. Kimber later built a career in real estate, while Jodi continued in retail and beauty and expanded her work in sales and marketing training. The friendship stayed right where it was.
Now we are back together with more experience, more ideas, and perhaps a few more opinions. Savvy 31 is our next chapter: a place to share practical tools, clear guidance, and things we have learned by actually doing the work.

She has spent years building teams and lead systems, and now brings that same practical approach to helping real estate clients make confident decisions. Jodi Stott
Jodi Stott is a creative business builder with experience in retail, beauty, and sales and marketing training. She has a knack for spotting possibilities, connecting with people, and making ideas come to life. At Savvy 31, Jodi brings fresh energy and a real understanding of what helps people take action.
